Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be delivered. I make all these to order, so sometimes there may be rush orders and bulk purchases which will take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently I only send to the UK but in time this may change.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns as all items are made to order. If an item is faulty please get in touch as soon as you notice, but please double check size and colour before ordering.
Can I exchange an item?
No, as all items are made to order for yourself it will not work for someone else necessarily.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo arcanecrafts@hotmail.com within 10 days, and we’ll make it right.
