So, how did this all start?

Like a lot of questionable life decisions, Arcane Crafts started during lockdown.

I bought a sewing machine, taught myself how to use it, and started making a few bags. I quickly realised that I absolutely loved it — and, more importantly, I wanted to see just how good I could get at it.

So I did what any sensible person would do… I bought more machines.

Five years on, almost to the day, those few bags have somehow turned into embroidered clothing, ridiculous amounts of sewing, collectible plushies, custom pieces, conventions, craft fairs and a workshop that is permanently covered in fabric, thread and things I swear I have a plan for.

Everything here is designed and made by me, from the first idea to the finished piece. I’m constantly learning, experimenting and pushing myself to make things better, stranger and more interesting than the last.

And honestly, I have no idea where this is going next.

But five years ago I made a few bags during lockdown.

So far, so good.
